I'm a dedicated doctoral student studying communication at The University of Connecticut. My research focuses on the communication processes of stigma and social exclusion, with a particular emphasis on individuals with criminal histories, including former prisoners, currently incarcerated individuals, and their families.
I believe that by shedding light on these critical aspects of human communication, we can foster a more inclusive and understanding world. I am actively engaged in research focused on these dynamics.
In addition to my research, I am also a proud instructor at the University of Connecticut, where I have had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and insights with students. It is my hope that these experiences as an instructor will lay the foundation for a future career as a Communication Professor.
I am excited about the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, engage in meaningful discussions, and collaborate on research initiatives that drive positive change.
